  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier availability.
  • You will receive SMS or email updates with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • In case of delay due to unforeseen reasons (weather, courier issues, etc.), our team will keep you informed.

Return / Replacement Eligibility:

  • Return or replacement is only applicable if the product is received in a damaged, broken, or leaking condition.
  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment they open the parcel (without cuts or edits).
  • The video should clearly show:
    1. The outer packaging and shipping label
    2. The product being unboxed
    3. The damaged item clearly visible

Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed.

If your product is damaged:

  • If the product has been used, sprayed, or tampered with.
  • If the unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
  • If the customer simply dislikes the fragrance after purchase (as perfume preference is subjective).
  • Orders placed under special discounts, combo offers, or clearance sales are non-returnable.
