- We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners like Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post.
- Orders are typically processed within 1β2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3β7 working days depending on your location and courier availability.
- You will receive SMS or email updates with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- In case of delay due to unforeseen reasons (weather, courier issues, etc.), our team will keep you informed.

- Every perfume is carefully inspected, packed, and sealed before dispatch.
- We ensure leak-proof, damage-resistant packaging for all shipments.
πΈ 3. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At MEEHIKAN, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, since perfumes and attars are personal care and hygiene-related products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Return / Replacement Eligibility:
- Return or replacement is only applicable if the product is received in a damaged, broken, or leaking condition.
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment they open the parcel (without cuts or edits).
- The video should clearly show:
- The outer packaging and shipping label
- The product being unboxed
- The damaged item clearly visible
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be processed.
π 4. Process for Replacement / Refund
If your product is damaged:
- Email us at support@meehikan.shop within 24 hours of delivery.
- Attach the unboxing video and your order number.
- Our team will review the video and verify the issue.
- If approved:
- We will send a replacement product at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5β7 working days.
π« 5. No Return / Refund in These Cases
- If the product has been used, sprayed, or tampered with.
- If the unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
- If the customer simply dislikes the fragrance after purchase (as perfume preference is subjective).
- Orders placed under special discounts, combo offers, or clearance sales are non-returnable.
π 6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them (before dispatch).
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
